3) Payments
We use a third-party payment processor for transactions. We do not store full card numbers. The processor may collect and store your payment details per its own privacy policy. For subscription billing and invoices, we may store tokenized payment references and billing metadata to manage your account and prevent fraud.

We share information only as needed to run the Services, with:
- Vendors/Processors (e.g., hosting, analytics, email, access control, payment, booking software).

- SMS/texts (if used): by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to automated marketing messages. Message/data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent isn’t required to purchase. We may use a texting provider to send/manage messages.
- Cookies & pixels: manage preferences via our cookie banner (if enabled) or your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with their opt-out add-on and set ad preferences with individual platforms. Blocking cookies may affect Site features.
- Do Not Track & GPC: we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) where feasible by treating it as a request to limit cross-context behavioral advertising on our Site.
- Wi-Fi: you can choose not to use our network. If you connect, operational metadata is processed for security and performance.
- Ads in third-party platforms: update your ad settings directly in those platforms to limit personalized ads.

7A) Digital Marketing & Advertising
We (and our vendors) use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, including:
- Analytics & attribution: traffic sources, conversions, campaign performance, multi-touch attribution, A/B testing, heatmaps, and session replays.
- Remarketing/retargeting: showing ads based on your visits to our Site or interactions with our content.
- Custom/matched audiences: we may create audience lists (e.g., via hashed email/phone numbers) to reach people likely to be interested in our Services or to exclude existing customers from acquisition campaigns.
- Lead gen & forms: when you submit forms (our Site or ad platforms), we collect the details you provide to respond and market to you.
Platforms & tools may include Google/YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest, HubSpot/ActiveCampaign/Mailchimp (email/SMS), CRM & enrichment tools, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), tag managers, call tracking, heatmap/session replay, and landing-page builders. Exact vendors can change over time.
Opt-outs & choices: See §6 and §7. You can also adjust ad preferences with major platforms or via industry opt-out pages. Blocking cookies may affect Site functionality.
7B) Session Replay, Heatmaps & Call Tracking
To improve the Site and support, we may use session replay/heatmap tools to understand feature usage (masking sensitive fields where supported). We may also use call tracking/recording to attribute calls to campaigns and improve service quality. Where required, we provide an audio disclosure at the start of recorded calls. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell the agent and we’ll offer unrecorded alternatives.
8) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege principles, and employee training. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9) Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child provided information, contact us to request deletion.

10B) Lead Enrichment (B2B)
For B2B marketing, we may use lead enrichment (e.g., matching a business email/domain to company firmographics) to personalize outreach. Sources include reputable providers and public business records. You can opt out of further B2B marketing by using the links in our emails or contacting us.
11) International Transfers
If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
