Welcome to Tucker Collective
By purchasing a pass or membership, booking a room, leasing a private office or dedicated desk, entering the premises, or using any services offered by Tucker Collective (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
1) Key Definitions
“Tucker Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means the owner and/or operator of the Tucker Collective workspace.
“Member” means any individual or business entity that purchases, pays for, holds, or uses a membership, pass, private office, dedicated desk, shared desk, meeting room, or any other workspace or service at Tucker Collective, including:
- The individual or business paying for the Services
- Any employees, partners, contractors, or authorized users operating under that membership
- Any person accessing the space using credentials issued to the Member
“Guest” means any non-Member brought into the space by a Member.
2) What Tucker Collective Is (and Isn’t)
Flexible Workspace & Amenities
We provide flexible workspace and amenities, which may include shared desks, private offices, dedicated desks, meeting rooms, internet access, kitchen access, printers, and related services as described on our website or in your selected plan.
Not a Lease
All Services are provided as a revocable license, not a tenancy or lease.
No landlord-tenant relationship is created under Tennessee law.
We may reconfigure, relocate, or reassign desks, offices, or rooms as needed for operational, safety, or building reasons.
Community Standards
Members must follow these Terms, the Member Code of Conduct, and any posted house rules or policies (collectively, the “Policies”).
If there is a conflict, these Terms control.
3) Plans, Passes & Bookings
Memberships renew month-to-month unless canceled as described in Section 9.
Day passes and hourly bookings are one-time purchases.
Access hours depend on the Member’s plan. After-hours access (if included) is for the Member only unless expressly approved.
Members may host Guests while present and are fully responsible for Guest conduct and damages.
Pets are not permitted. Service animals trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability are welcome.
4) Included Amenities & Fair Use
Internet, printing, kitchen access, and other amenities are subject to fair use and posted policies. Abuse or misuse may result in restrictions or fees.
5) Security, Access & Safety
Members may not share access credentials or allow tailgating.
Members are responsible for their own personal and business property. Tucker Collective is not liable for loss or damage.
6) Mail & Package Handling (If Included)
Mail and packages must be addressed to the Member name or company on file. Unclaimed items may be returned or disposed of after 30 days.
7) Conduct & Community
Members must act professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, unsafe conduct, or illegal activity is prohibited.
8) Fees, Billing & Authorizations
Members authorize Tucker Collective to charge the payment method on file for memberships, bookings, add-ons, overages, damages, cleaning, repairs, and applicable taxes.
Memberships auto-renew monthly. Failed payments may result in suspended access and additional fees.
9) Changes, Pauses & Cancellations
Cancellations require at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated. No refunds for unused time.
Pauses are not guaranteed.
10) Changes to Terms
Tucker Collective reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11) Damage, Repairs & Fees
Members are responsible for damage caused by themselves or their Guests beyond normal wear and tear. Tucker Collective may repair or replace damaged property and charge the Member accordingly.
12) Sale of Building / Change of Ownership
If the building or property is sold, transferred, or changes ownership:
- Memberships and Services may be assigned, modified, or terminated at the discretion of the new owner
- Continued access or occupancy is not guaranteed
- Members waive any claims related to termination or changes resulting from a transfer of ownership
13) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tucker Collective’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Member in the prior three (3) months.
14) Indemnification
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tucker Collective from claims arising from their use of the Services, their Guests, or violations of these Terms.
15) Suspension & Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated immediately for non-payment, policy violations, safety concerns, or unlawful activity. Fees paid are non-refundable if terminated for cause.
16) Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
17) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Tennessee law.
Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Shelby County, Tennessee, except where prohibited by law.

Private Office Addendum
(Applies to All Members with Private Offices or Dedicated Desks)
Thank you for choosing Tucker Collective for your private office.
We’re excited to support your work in a professional, flexible space designed to help you focus, grow, and do your best work.
This Addendum is incorporated into and forms part of the Tucker Collective Terms & Conditions.
A1) Nature of Private Office Use
Private offices and dedicated desks are provided under a revocable license, not a lease.
No exclusive possessory rights are granted beyond the active membership term.
Tucker Collective may reassign offices if required for operational, maintenance, safety, or building reasons, with reasonable notice when possible.
A2) Office Furniture
Furniture provided remains the property of Tucker Collective.
Members may not remove, replace, or modify furniture without written approval.
Members are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
A3) Keys, Access Cards & Entry Devices
All keys, fobs, badges, and access credentials remain Tucker Collective property.
Members may not duplicate or share access devices.
Lost or unreturned devices may result in fees.
Locks, codes, and access systems may be changed at any time for security or operational reasons.
A4) Locks & Security
Members may not install or modify locks or security devices without approval.
Tucker Collective reserves the right to access private offices for emergencies, maintenance, inspections, or operational needs.
A5) Office Signage & Branding
All signage must be temporary, removable, and non-damaging.
Allowed only with prior approval:
- Small interior nameplates or signs that are temporary and removable
- Non-damaging signage that does not require drilling, screwing, adhesives, fasteners, or surface modification
Not allowed:
- Any permanent or semi-permanent signage
- Drilling, mounting, screwing, or affixing signage to walls, doors, glass, or frames
- Exterior or window signage
- Common-area signage without approval
All signage must be removed at move-out with no damage, marks, holes, or residue.
A6) Condition Upon Move-Out
At termination, Members must:
- Remove all personal property
- Return the office and furniture in reasonable condition
- Return all access devices
Unclaimed items may be disposed of at Tucker Collective’s discretion.
A7) Fees & Charges (Private Offices)
Lost or Unreturned Access Devices
- Key replacement: $50 per key
- Keycard/fob replacement: $75 per device
- Digital access reset: $50 per occurrence
Rekeying & Lock Changes
If required due to loss, duplication, or security concerns:
- Rekeying: $150 minimum
- Lock replacement: actual cost plus labor
Furniture Damage or Removal
The Member is responsible for:
- Damage beyond normal wear and tear
- Missing or removed furniture
- Unauthorized modifications
Charges may include cleaning, repair, or full replacement cost.
Move-Out & Restoration
Additional charges may apply for cleaning, repairs, surface damage, or signage removal.
All fees are due immediately and may be charged to the payment method on file.
