How much does coworking cost in Memphis?
At Tucker Collective in Midtown, a day pass is $29, a hot desk is $129 a month, a dedicated desk is $279 a month, and a small private office starts at $899 a month. Teams on the Office Hybrid Plan get a custom quote based on headcount and schedule.
Is there a cheaper option than a monthly membership?
Yes. The $29 day pass needs no membership and nothing to cancel. If you only need a desk a few days a month, day passes usually cost less than a plan. Once you are in more than four or five days a month, the $129 hot desk is the better deal.
Are meeting rooms included in the price?
Every monthly plan includes meeting-room hours: 2 a month with a hot desk, 6 with a dedicated desk and 8 with a small private office. Extra hours are $40 an hour for Blue and Lucille and $80 an hour for Chilton, Rosetta and Satellite, with 10% off half-day and 20% off full-day bookings. Day pass holders book rooms separately at the same rates.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No long lease. The hot desk is month-to-month, and the small private office has a six-month minimum. Ask about terms for other plans on your tour, and you will get a straight answer.
Are there hidden fees?
The prices on this page are the plan prices, and coffee, tea, snacks, WiFi, phone booths and parking are included. The only common extra is meeting-room time beyond the hours in your plan, billed at the hourly rates above.
Is parking included?
Yes. Parking is free, with on-site parking plus street parking nearby in Midtown. Your welcome email includes a parking map.
Can I try the space before paying for a month?
Yes. Buy a $29 day pass and work a normal day here, or schedule a free tour first. Same-day day passes are welcome, subject to capacity.
Are you open 24/7?
No. Tucker Collective is staffed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Dedicated desk members have access until 7:00 PM, with after-hours access on request.
Do you offer a virtual office or mail service?
Yes. Mail services are available for solo professionals, and business mailbox options come with the small private office. Ask for details on a tour or call (901) 538-6111.
